WOLF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of Wolf, a personal AI assistant operated by Jackson DeJesus(“we”, “us”). By using Wolf you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Wolf is a personal AI assistant you reach by text message. It helps with tasks such as scheduling, reminders, calendar management and email summaries. Wolf is currently offered free of charge as an invite-only beta and may change or end at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the mobile number you use with Wolf.

3. Text messaging program

  • Program name: Wolf.
  • How to join: text HOWDY to +1 (628) 285-0834. Wolf is invite-only and replies only to people who opt in this way.
  • After you opt in, you will receive: “Wolf: You’re signed up for Wolf from Jackson DeJesus. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
  • Description: replies to your requests, reminders and a daily summary you ask for.
  • Message frequency varies with your use.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email jackson.sam.dejesus@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. AI limitations and your responsibility

Wolf uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Review important information before relying on it. Wolf will ask for your approval before sending messages to new people, making purchases or taking other significant actions, and you are responsible for the actions you approve. Wolf does not provide legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

5. Connected accounts

If you connect an account, you authorize Wolf to access it to complete your requests. You can disconnect it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Wolf for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to attempt to access other users’ information or interfere with the service.

7. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by replying STOP and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or the beta ends.

8. Disclaimers

Wolf is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Wolf.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
